Dapta and Mana Tech are hosting a Miami evening on AI agents that follow up with sales leads, U.S. market entry and South Florida’s tech scene. Date and speakers are to come. #MiamiTech #AIAgents #Events

AI lead follow-up is the topic of an upcoming Miami event from Dapta and Mana Tech.

The organizers pitch it as an evening for founders and tech business leaders from across South Florida. Registration requires approval, and the exact location is shared once it is granted.

What Problem Is the Event Built Around?

The organizers open with a question: is your team losing leads because no one follows up fast enough?

Leads arrive at all hours, they say, and many go cold before anyone calls. Every late follow-up is a potential sale that goes elsewhere.

“In sales, speed wins,” the event page states.

The pitch for AI lead follow-up is that AI agents can contact, qualify and follow up with leads without adding people to a team.

Agenda and speakers are still to come. The listing names three themes: Miami’s tech ecosystem and how to connect with its community; U.S. market access, with founders sharing what they learned entering and growing in the U.S.; and AI and inbound sales, looking at how AI agents can respond to, qualify and follow up with every lead so sales teams can focus on closing.

Who Is Hosting It?

Dapta is a no-code AI platform that builds voice and text agents for small and mid-sized businesses. The agents handle sales outreach, lead qualification, customer support and appointment scheduling, and connect to existing CRMs and calendars, including HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Salesforce.

Founder Nicolás Rojas Niño is a Colombian entrepreneur who previously founded Imagine Apps.

Mana Tech is a Miami-based global business and innovation hub. This week it announced the Tech Cities of the Americas alliance, according to Refresh Miami. The alliance aims to strengthen local innovation ecosystems across the region and connect their companies with investment, partnerships and new markets, launching at the first Tech Cities of the Americas Mayors’ Summit on December 3-4, 2026, in collaboration with former Quito Mayor Mauricio Rodas.

“Miami is uniquely positioned to be that meeting point,” said Charly Esnal, CEO of Mana Tech.

Where Does It Fit in Miami’s Event Calendar?

Miami’s AI community already meets often. MAIN has covered Mindstone’s Miami AI meetup and a Fort Lauderdale meetup on raising the first VC check. Those events tilt toward learning and fundraising, while the Dapta and Mana Tech evening tilts toward sales.

That fits a theme founders raise. MAIN reported on what founders say holds the ecosystem back in Miami Startup Hub: What Founders Say Holds It Back. For companies entering the U.S. from abroad, a sales-focused evening answers a practical need: faster follow-up and a local network.

A date, venue and speaker lineup had not been announced as of publication. The event’s promise is simple — use AI lead follow-up to answer every lead, and answer it fast.
