GoforIsrael Miami will bring Israeli technology companies and global investors to Miami Beach on Monday, December 14.

The conference runs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET at the Fontainebleau. It is the first U.S. edition of GoforIsrael, which has convened since 1997, mostly in Israel.

The date has moved twice. Organizers first set March 16, then October 26, and now December 14.

What Is GoforIsrael?

GoforIsrael connects global capital with Israeli innovation. Cukierman & Co. Investment House and Catalyst Funds organize it.

Participating companies are listed through the Catalyst Investors’ Club, which gives investors access to them before the event.

Edouard Cukierman, managing partner at Catalyst Funds, set the goal. “Our goal is for each Israeli entrepreneur to meet 10 investors that day.”

Who Is Pitching?

About 50 Israeli companies are slated to present, Refresh Miami reports. Each is seeking $20 million to $50 million in its latest round.

At least 300 people are expected, mostly investors. Michael Fertik of Heroic Ventures and Modelcode.ai is among the U.S. names expected.

The companies work mainly in two fields. They are life sciences, including medical aesthetics, and high tech, including AI, cyber and defense.

The February announcement named companies including Civan Lasers, Speedata, Arbe, Radiflow and Nanose Medical.

An executive from RealSense is expected to speak about its sale to U.S. machine-vision maker Cognex. The reported deal tops $600 million.

Funding has been flowing into Israeli ventures in 2026. In September, enterprise AI startup Wonderful raised $550 million at a $5 billion valuation.

Wonderful reached that valuation just 20 months after its launch. Capital of that size explains why investors keep traveling to meet Israeli founders.

What Is on the Agenda?

Panels run through the day, alongside networking and one-on-one meetings. Organizers offer a pre-conference platform for scheduling those meetings.

Topics announced in February include the Miami-Israel medical innovation bridge and M&A opportunities for Israeli companies.

Greenberg Traurig, a sponsor, lists a session called “Israel Medtech & Aesthetics Global Leadership” from 3:05 to 3:35 PM. Shareholder Robert L. Grossman will take part.

President Isaac Herzog is listed for opening remarks. Speakers include Eyal Ofir of IBM, Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner and David Blumberg of Blumberg Capital.

Hanan Friedman, CEO of Bank Leumi, and Dr. Uri Geiger of Accelmed are also listed. So are Brett Mock of NPM International and Dr. Laurent Choppe of Cukierman & Co. Life Sciences.

Eyal Waldman and Eyal Shekel are named as Achievement Prize recipients.

Why Is It in Miami?

South Florida has become a top destination for Israeli companies expanding overseas. About two-thirds of the 400-plus Israeli companies in Florida call Miami-Dade County home.

That figure comes from a 2025 report by the US-Israel Business Alliance, as cited by Refresh Miami.

Cukierman says the shift toward the U.S. is real. “Before the war, only 27 percent of Israeli entrepreneurs created their firm in the US. Today, the majority are moving into the US market.”

He also calls Miami “a natural gateway between Israel, the U.S. and Latin America.”

Israel has about 10 million people, roughly the size of Pennsylvania. Industry reports cite it for more new tech ventures per person than any other nation.

That record is why the country earned the name Startup Nation. Organizers now want U.S. investors to see that pipeline in one day.

How Does It Connect to Miami’s Tech Scene?

The conference themes line up with local activity. MAIN has covered five Miami cybersecurity AI firms holding the line.

MAIN has also covered a Miami defense startup, Space Eyes, buying a Navy contractor.

The event builds on a growing list of Israel tech events in Florida. Israel Tech Week in Miami returns April 4 to 8, 2027.

What Comes Next

Registration is open at goforisrael.tech. The full agenda is on the conference website.

Organizers have a date, a venue and a sector list. The December 14 turnout will show how many Miami investors attend.
