How the Platform Works
The platform pairs an AI chief of staff with a team of pre-built, task-specific agents covering go-to-market, product, operations, finance and customer success.
Owners describe what they want in plain language, or drag and drop a workflow, and the agents act on their behalf instead of only answering questions. They build a daily and weekly plan over several months, find and shortlist leads, and connect to tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Stripe, Notion and Airtable. A built-in Resource Hub surfaces grants, accelerators, loans and perks.
Early Customers and Accelerator
Bootup Studios launched with Morehouse College as its first institutional customer. All 56 students in the Morehouse Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center's Startup Studio used it during the Launch48 challenge. The company also has a pilot with the University of Tulsa.
In June 2026, Bootup Studios was selected for the 14th cohort of Parallel18, the Puerto Rico startup accelerator.
Founders and Mission
The company was founded by Chandler Malone, who also founded the Bootup education marketplace, and Co-Founder and CTO David Kossia, a former senior AI engineer at Outlier, a Scale AI company.
Malone's stated goal is to empower 10 million entrepreneurs by 2030, with a focus on first-time and under-resourced founders and displaced workers.
Has launched and invested in 10 companies over the last 10 years, with 4 liquidity events and 7 mark ups across them. Founded the Bootup education marketplace, which has helped 3,000+ people land their first tech jobs, representing $250M+ in annualized salaries. Has spoken at the White House, the European Commission and the United Nations, was the 2023 WashU Commencement Speaker, and has been featured in Forbes and Yahoo Finance.
